Role: Account Executive

Product: casting database for casting directors, production companies, extras agencies, and commercial casting
Role description:
360 degree new business sales role. Transitioning from founder les sales.
Average deal size: 6k ARR
Cycle length: 6-8 weeks
International sales role, working with prospects all over the world
No outbounding done now, many inbound leads. Needs to be set up. Was 6 months done for the Dutch market, went super well. Mainly for the bigger prospect accounts
A lot of potential to tap into and make a huge impact!
Must haves:
1-2 years closing experience in software
Open to do prospecting
Flexibility, proactive, self starter, entrepeneurial
Start-up savvy
Nice to haves:
SaaS closing experience
Affinity with the media sector
Spanish
Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to 58k base + commission (tbd, around 40-45k)
