As a Supply Planner (38 hours per week, 3 days per week in the office), you will ensure optimal product availability across European distribution centres by managing stock levels, monitoring supplier deliveries, and collaborating with commercial, procurement, and logistics teams. This role
Description
- Responsible for product availability in one of the 14 product categories, such as household, food and drink, toys, or garden.
- Managing stock levels in all European distribution centres and taking action based on product forecasts, planned deliveries, and stock levels both in distribution centres and at suppliers.
- Acting as the first point of escalation and knowledge holder on logistics processes for suppliers and internal stakeholders, such as commercial planning and procurement.
- Checking and placing orders in the forecast and replenishment system Symphony GOLD, with the expectation of becoming an expert in the tool through training.
- Monitoring suppliers' scheduled deliveries to ensure timeliness and completeness.
Profile
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- An affinity for numbers and data
- Fluent English, Dutch is a plus
- A good knowledge of Excel
