As a warehouse employee, you will be responsible for gathering orders. You will do this using a voice-picking system, which you can set in various languages, including Dutch, English, and Polish. Together with your team, you will ensure that orders are ready on time for Kruidvat stores in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

You will use your organizational skills to efficiently load products onto pallets. These pallets may contain a variety of products, such as toothpaste, shampoo, cleaning supplies, toys, and clothing. Since no two pallets are the same, you will face new challenges each time.

Gevraagd

• You work carefully and take responsibility;
• Willing to work in two shifts (06.00 - 14.00 and 14.00 - 22.00);
• Flexible availability with part-time;
• Minimum availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, and at least two Saturday mornings per month;
• Own transportation, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport.

Aanbod

• A hour salary from 21 years and older of €15,51, with an ADV allowance of €1,08 per hour (up to a maximum of 35 hours);
• Shift allowances: 125% after 20:00, 130% on Saturdays until 18:00, and 150% after 18:00 (Ploegentoeslag);
• Dutch holidays are paid at 200%;
• Build up vacation money and vacation hours for a paid deserved vacation (Vakantie- / verlofdagen);
• Travel allowance from 10 km (€0,19 per km Reiskostenvergoeding);
• Pension build from the first day (Pensioensregeling);
• Free parking in front of the building (Gratis parkeergelegenheid).

Waar je gaat werken

After six months, you will have the opportunity to be hired by Kruidvat and advance to other warehouse positions, such as operating an EPT or reach truck. You can obtain the necessary certificates for free through Olympia, and there are opportunities to further develop your skills in Dutch or English.

A.S. Watson, the parent company of Kruidvat, is a market leader in health and beauty. Kruidvat places great emphasis on the growth and development of its employees. This year, 35 temporary workers have already been hired permanently. You will work in an international team, where English is the main language. The location is easily accessible from cities like Breda, Tilburg, and Waalwijk.

You will start through Olympia, who are present on the work floor daily to support you with matters such as scheduling, salary, and leave requests.
