Over de functie
As a production worker, you are committed to ensuring the perfect production process for cheese and butter. In Heiloo, where you will be working, you and your colleagues will handle the packaging of genuine butter and cheese products. You will set up the machines, package the products, perform quality checks, and keep the production area clean. The focus is on quality, hygiene, and safety at all times. You will receive guidance from an experienced operator who will help you learn the tasks. This company offers you a dynamic environment where you’re always active and working closely with your team.

Wat wij vragen
- Preferably experience in a production environment, ideally in the food industry
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Good command of the Dutch or English language
- Willingness to work in a cooler environment (8 to 15 degrees Celsius)
- Salary of €17.52 per hour (including shift allowance)
- Work in a close-knit team with opportunities to advance to an operator role
- Opportunities to explore different positions along the production line
- Participation in annual activities and events
