We are seeking a talented Artwork Reviewer with a strong mindset for process improvements to join our team. As an Artwork Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing the artworks created, as well as artworks developed by any Partner Client, and supplier print proofs. The artwork can either be created manually or automatically, and reviews of both types are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed reviews of artworks per Standard Operating Procedures.
• Provide input to optimize artwork processes and support continuous process and quality improvements.
• Participate in team meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field OR bachelor’s degree in graphic design & 2 years of Packaging/Labeling experience in a GMP environment.
• Proven experience as an Artwork Designer within pharma industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (mandatory).
• Solid understanding of design principles.
• Experience with print production processes and knowledge of prepress requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Demonstrate sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, Packaging or Life Sciences.
• 2 + years Packaging /Labeling experience with a focus on artwork creation.
• 2 + years of relevant work experience in a highly regulated industry / cGMP pharmaceutical industry.
• Self-motivated individual who demonstrates willingness to learn and receptive to change.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to uphold a sense of personal and team accountability.
• Experience with pharmaceutical labeling regulations.
• Proven track record of partnering with other departments to deliver on common objectives.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point), and visual tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Google Charts).
