Lead and inspire a production team of 80 employees in Venlo | Responsibility and a great atmospher
Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As a Shift Leader Production, you make sure that production lines for fresh herbs run smoothly and efficiently. You coach, train, and motivate your team, while keeping a strong focus on safety, quality, and results. Together with another Shift Leader you lead around 80 employees per shift and ensure that targets are met every day. Your tasks include:
- Leading and coaching Line Leaders, Operators, and Production Workers
- Monitoring and improving production processes
- Managing staff planning for production lines
- Ensuring health & safety rules are followed on the shop floor
- Driving continuous improvement (Kaizen/Scrum projects)
- Implementing and monitoring 5S in the packing department
- Leading daily whiteboard meetings and reporting on progress
- Ensuring communication flows between production and office run smoothly
- Checking product quality and reporting technical deviations
En waar we op hameren
- Strong leadership skills with experience in production, preferably food industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving ability
- Coaching, training, and team management experience
- Focus on quality, results, and continuous improvement
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments
- English (B1) and Polish language skills, Dutch is a plus
- Willingness to work in two shifts

- Direct contract with the company
- 28% shift allowance + 4% year-end bonus
