For a skilled CNC operator who enjoys working independently and ensuring top-quality production!
Wat ga je allemaal doen?
We are looking for a new colleague who wants to join the finishing department and take responsibility for operating multiple CNC and NC machines with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities:
- Independently set up, operate, and manage multiple CNC and NC machines
- Manufacture wear-resistant parts according to precise technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct quality checks using advanced measuring tools to ensure products meet strict standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with safety regulations and the 6S methodology
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or World-Class Manufacturing techniques to boost productivity and minimize waste
En waar we op hameren
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, preferably Fanuc or Siemens controls
- Technical background with a vocational (MBO level 2) diploma in metalworking or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early: 05:30–14:00, late: 14:00–22:30, night: 22:30–05:30, including 30-minute break)
- Flexibility to work overtime and support other departments when needed
- Enthusiasm for learning and personal development through internal training
