As a warehouse supervisor at Aramex you meet the following requirements:

• You speak English
• You have experience with warehouse and logistics work
• You have strong team leadership skills and are a good communicator
• You are familiar with LEAN and 5S methodologies
• You are available full-time in shifts between 8:00 AM and 21:00 PM
• You are available weekdays and weekends

As a warehouse supervisor at Aramex, you will be a force to be reckoned with and your team will thrive! You will work in a warehouse packed with Nike products! You will be part of an enthusiastic team of colleagues responsible for sorting and picking boxes. As a warehouse supervisor, you will primarily oversee daily tasks such as unloading, sorting, building, and preparing pallets. You organize team meetings, manage attendance, and assign employees based on shift needs. You will address workflow issues and ensure packages are processed on time. Other responsibilities:

• Report on KPIs, manage inventory, and support customs documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams, customs, and external logistics partners
• Ensuring compliance with LEAN, 5S, and safety standards
• Stimulating efficiency and cost-saving initiatives

As a supervisor warehouse you will work in a distribution center full of Nike products. There's a pleasant, fresh atmosphere, and a radio plays. Before you know it, the hours have flown by!
