This role involves supporting the shopfloor in our European distribution and packaging areas located in Breda. you will be working with Building Management systems (Desigo CC), Zebra and Printronix printers and scanners as well as implementing new Manufacturing Technology like Industrial Internet of Things and Generative AI solutions.

- Support the implementation of new technology solutions to improve manufacturing reliability and efficiency.
- Support of operating system / application patching/update activities on our shopfloor
- Delivering IT equipment to end users, Production and Warehouse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot technology systems to ensure continuous operation.
- Document and train staff on new technology processes and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to support our manufacturing business.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset to optimize processes and systems.
- MBO level with 3 years of experience in Information technology in a manufacturing company in information technology or operations technology.
- or a bachelor’s graduate in computer science, or a related field and has a hands-on mentality.
- Strong understanding of IT applications management and ITIL
- Knowledge of GxP, GDP, Distribution and Packaging is highly recommended.
- Technical Skills
- System Integration: Ability to integrate various systems and ensure seamless operation.
- Troubleshooting: Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting systems; abstract, logical thinking.
- Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed documentation and training materials.
