Use your expertise in quality assurance and control to safeguard excellence in challenging offshore energy projects. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a central role in maintaining and elevating quality standards across all project phases.

In this role, you are responsible for implementing and monitoring quality assurance and control processes throughout the project lifecycle. You will coordinate audits, inspections, and documentation updates while reporting directly to the QA/QC & HSE Manager and the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensuring the efficiency of the project quality management system;
  • Maintaining and controlling the Project Quality Plan;
  • Conducting internal and external audits;
  • Managing and updating quality documentation;
  • Instructing subcontractors on QA requirements.

Quality Control:

  • Preparing the Quality Inspection Plan and planning inspection activities;
  • Executing and coordinating inspections in accordance with QIP and procedures;
  • Reviewing inspection outcomes against technical specifications;
  • Reporting inspection results and issuing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) when needed;
  • Representing towards clients certification authorities/ clients personell and in control of client projects;
  • Collecting all necessary documents for certification.

Wat vragen wij van je

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A QA/QC Engineer with a technical background:
    o Bachelor’s degree (HBO) with at least 2 years of experience in projects, related to construction, welding, material handling and coating or
    o Secondary technical education (MBO) with 5+ years of experience;
  • Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Knowledge and experience with applicable codes and standards, for example EN-1090 and DNV-OS-C401;
  • Holds a valid driving licence (on-site visits may be required);
  • Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and proactive;
  • Confident in making decisions and taking ownership.
