For our client in Den Bosch, we are looking for an enthusiastic forklift driver who is eager to work in a 3-shift system. Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and contributing to smooth and efficient logistics processes? Then this is your chance!

You will be working at a large, modern logistics family business where volume logistics takes center stage. The company specializes in the storage and distribution of glass, cans, cardboard, pallets, plastic packaging, and insulation materials. With automatic loading and unloading systems, 20 laser-guided forklifts, and over 400 colleagues spread across several locations in the Netherlands, you’ll be part of an innovative and dynamic work environment. Still, there is plenty of manual forklift work to be done — and that’s where you come in.

You know your way around a forklift with double forks. Placing two pallets side by side three levels high? No problem. You steer precisely and stay in full control. Here, you’ll be a 100% forklift driver: no odd jobs on the side, but spending your entire shift on the truck.

You’ll be working in a 3-shift system, Monday to Friday:

• 06:45 – 14:45
• 14:45 – 22:45
• 22:45 – 06:45

Of course, this comes with attractive pay: a 13.75% shift allowance, bringing your gross hourly wage between €17.15 and €20.87.

• You can operate a forklift;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You are comfortable working in a 3-shift system.

To start with, you’ll receive a fair salary in line with the Collective Labour Agreement for Professional Goods Transport — but that goes without saying.

• Hourly wage between €15.03 and €18.28 gross (TLN CLA);
• A 13.75% shift allowance on all hours worked;
• 30% overtime allowance (for hours over 40 per week);
• Travel allowance starting from 10 km one way;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment);
• Pension accrual from the start of your contract;
• Option to have your salary paid out weekly.
