Then this role as Customer Service Representative in an international B2B environment could be your next career step!

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers from various countries, ensuring that orders and inquiries are handled quickly and accurately. Together with colleagues from different teams, you will work towards delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What will you do?

  • Process incoming orders on a daily basis and check that all details are complete and correct;
  • Manage the entire order process from A to Z;
  • Maintain contact with customers, distributors, and account managers in your region (mainly by phone and email);
  • Answer questions regarding delivery times, order status, and other service-related topics;
  • Communicate efficiently with internal departments to gather the right information;
  • Actively contribute ideas on how to improve processes.


Gevraagd

  • Minimum of MBO+ level education, with a commercial or administrative background;
  • Fluent in English and French; basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage;
  • Experience in a customer-oriented role, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
  • Strong attention to detail and able to work well with deadlines;
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus;
  • Proactive, customer-friendly, and solution-oriented mindset.


Aanbod

  • A starting salary between €3,250 and €4,250 gross per month based on a 37.5-hour workweek;
  • An initial one-year contract or permanent contract directly with our client;
