To support our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Roermond, NL. If you’re passionate about sales and logistics, have a knack for building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Communicate with current and prospective clients to build strong relationships and secure sales bookings.
Sales Administration: Accurately process orders in our Transport Planning System, ensuring timely execution according to schedules.
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Collaboration: Support and coordinate with colleagues across the Nolan Group offices in the Netherlands, Ireland, UK, Spain, and France.
Support: Contribute to team success by assisting other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Solid knowledge of sales preferably with experience in the international freight, transport and logistics industry.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities in Dutch and English; additional languages are a distinct advantage.
Negotiation & Decision-Making: Confidence to negotiate and make decisions independently.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt, including occasional overtime to meet business demands.
Knowledge of Customs: Familiarity with customs regulations and their practical application, training can be provided.
Personality:
