This is a 3-month assignment for 40h/week, based in Hoofddorp.

As a Credit Controller will ensure timely debt collection, accurate invoicing, and credit risk management. The role involves monitoring accounts receivable, conducting credit assessments, maintaining reporting, and collaborating with sales and finance teams to improve processes and support strong cash flow.

Description

Oversee and manage outstanding payments.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or written messages to secure timely payments.
Verify and process invoices accurately, addressing any discrepancies efficiently.
Assess the credit risk of new and existing customers and provide guidance on credit limits.
Generate and maintain financial reports, including aging summaries and cash flow projections.
Suggest and implement improvements to credit management processes to reduce delays.

Profile

2+ years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections.
Fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language: German, Italian, French, or Dutch.
Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and comfortable with Excel.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and customer service.
