We are looking for a Learning Solution Designer for the global leader in lithography systems for the semiconductor industry. As a specialist in their R&D Academy, you'll design and develop learning solutions for a diverse audience of 15,000 engineers and technical professionals, ensuring they stay at the forefront of technological innovation.

What will you do?
You'll become the architect of innovative learning experiences within the company’s R&D Academy, where excellence is the standard. Working directly for this global technology leader, you'll be the specialist who transforms complex technical knowledge into engaging, effective learning solutions. You'll ensure that cutting-edge semiconductor technology knowledge is transferred in ways that truly make an impact, with your expertise forming the foundation for learning solutions that drive innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Design and develop innovative learning solutions using e-learning, VR, simulations, and emerging technologies

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create didactically sound training materials

• Analyse learning needs and translate them into high-level learning solutions

• Support Learning Business Partners in understanding business requirements and target groups

• Apply design thinking methodologies to create new ways of learning and training

• Measure and optimize Return on Investment (ROI) of learning initiatives

• You have a didactical background with proven experience in designing and developing digital learning activities

• You possess hands-on experience with eLearning development platforms, particularly Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise

• You demonstrate strong analytical abilities with a pragmatic attitude toward problem-solving

• You have excellent communication skills and natural facilitation abilities

• You show passion for learning and stay current with innovative learning technologies

• You bring business sense for identifying opportunities that add value to core operations
