Marketing Manager
Location: Waardenburg, Netherlands | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 remote)

Role Description
This role is responsible for leading and executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy across multiple countries. You will play a key role in building brand presence, enabling sales, and driving integrated campaigns aligned with business goals.
Team Size & Leadership Scope
Team Size: 3 (2 Marketing Managers including this role, 1 intern)
Key Collaboration: Consultants, Sales, Leadership, and Group Marketing Teams
Responsibilities
Define and execute a multi-country B2B marketing strategy aligned with business and sales goals
Lead and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, content, and event channels
Develop marketing and sales enablement materials in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
Act as a liaison between regional and group marketing to ensure alignment and resource sharing
Support the implementation of foundational marketing processes and tools (e.g., content calendar, campaign planning)
Requirements
Must-Haves:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in IT services, cybersecurity, or consulting
Proven ability to run integrated marketing campaigns across channels
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in an international or group-level marketing setup
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot
Understanding of IAM or cybersecurity buyer behavior
Strong content instincts and experience working with agencies
German language skills
