Position Summary

As an F&C Business Partner within Nestlé Nutrition Benelux, you will contribute to building our brands. You will actively participate in decision-making at both operational and strategic levels, collaborating with various Finance departments, supply chain, marketing, and sales. A day in the life of a F&C Business Partner

• Facilitate Nutrition strategy formulation and translate priorities into financial reality.
• Drive optimization of the Nutrition Portfolio and support business Innovation & Renovation processes.
• Manage Nutrition performance through P&L understanding and decision-making.
• Utilize Zone/Group Tools for financial performance analysis.
• Ensure value creation understanding among non-finance peers.
• Serve as the key contact point for Z-EUR Nutrition Finance.

As an F&C Business Partner, you report to the BEO for Nestlé Nutrition Benelux and are part of the Nutrition Benelux Management team and the financial team of Nestlé in the Benelux.

What will make you successful

• A completed master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting & Control;
• Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience;
• Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize tasks;
• Strong analytical skills, pragmatic approach, and above-average business sense;
• Knowledge of financial processes;
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and make an impact;
• Team player;
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred but not required) and excellent Excel skills;
• Proficiency in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
