Wat ga je allemaal doen?
As a Production Worker, you will be part of the team that produces high-quality prefab concrete elements. You will work with various tools and machines, contribute to different steps in the production process, and make sure every product meets the right standards. Your responsibilities:
- Assembling concrete construction elements according to specifications
- Installing fixtures and components into casting molds
- Pouring concrete and ensuring proper shape and finish
- Operating overhead cranes and production machines safely
- Loading and unloading finished products with care
- Performing quality checks to meet production standards
En waar we op hameren
- VMBO-level education or equivalent (pre-vocational training)
- Experience with overhead cranes is a plus, but not required
- You are motivated, hardworking, and dependable
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- You speak English or Dutch

- Starting salary of €15.27 per hour
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- Full-time job in day shifts (Monday to Friday)
- 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday allowance per year (via Covebo)
- Year-end bonus of 3.5%
