About the Company & the Role

We are an international logistics provider with multiple modern distribution centers across the Netherlands. For our location in Westzaan, we are looking for experienced logistics talent to strengthen our inventory team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and availability of our stock. You'll be the key link between the warehouse floor and the logistics systems, making sure that products are counted, tracked, and correctly registered. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and enjoys working in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Daily responsibilities include:

Matching physical stock with system records
Performing regular stock counts and cycle counts
Identifying and reporting discrepancies
Relocating stock within the warehouse when needed
Supporting with labeling and product identification
Coordinating with warehouse colleagues to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Assisting in process improvements for stock management and control
Preparing inventory reports for supervisors and management

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can take responsibility in this important inventory role. The following skills and background are preferred:

Proven experience in logistics (inventory, warehouse operations or stock control)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Good command of English (spoken and written) – Dutch is a plus
Experience with WMS or ERP systems is an advantage
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently
A team player who can also communicate effectively with colleagues across departments
