Are you a seasoned Static Equipment Engineer ready to lead a team on a landmark sustainable energy project?

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Static Equipment Engineer to provide technical leadership and oversight across a portfolio of static equipment including reactors, heat exchangers, tanks, and columns. This role is integral to the success of a transformative energy transition project, where you will guide a dedicated team that has been part of the project from day one.

As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering activities align with international standards, project specifications, and quality benchmarks. You will take a hands-on approach to reviewing vendor documentation, coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

You will represent the static equipment discipline in client meetings, drive efficient issue resolution, and ensure that all deliverables meet established schedule and quality targets. What do you need

BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in static equipment engineering on EPC projects
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing static equipment teams
Deep understanding of international standards (ASME, PED, EN13445, API, etc.)
Expertise in equipment for demanding environments (high pressure, temperature, H₂, H₂S)
Skilled in equipment design software (e.g., Microprotol, Compress)
Strong grasp of material selection and process-specific requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews
Pragmatic and solution-driven mindset with sound decision-making ability
