As a CNC Operator, you and your colleagues ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You keep the machines running, work closely with fellow Operators, Process Engineers and the Technical Service team, and actively contribute to improvements.

Your main tasks:

• Improving the production line with robotized machines. 
• Streamlining and improving the processes.
• Operating, adjusting and converting the machines.
• Thinking along in solutions.

As a CNC Operator, you will be working at a new and rapidly growing location of this production company in the De Kempen region, supported by a strong parent organization. The company operates in the technical sector and produces and assembles components, mainly for the automotive industry. They invest heavily in new machinery, and the working atmosphere is informal and collaborative. With an open-door policy, everyone is treated equally.

• As a CNC operator you are technically skilled, preferably at Mbo level 3-4.
• You speak good Dutch and/or English.
• Technical knowledge of CNC machines en robots..
• You want to work in 5 shifts.

Salary indication – Up to €3,598 gross per month.
Job security – Within one year you will receive a permanent contract with our client.
Shifts – 30% shift allowance when working in a 5-shift system.
