Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? Dow in Terneuzen is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to strengthen the connection between our customers and internal business partners. In this role, you will be the key interface between customers and Dow’s value chain, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting commercial strategies.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for Dow in Terneuzen.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing solutions to customers while balancing operational needs and company objectives. You will:

• Execute order entry and manage the order fulfillment process for multiple businesses and priority customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and gathering market insights.
• Coordinate activities at assigned customer accounts, proactively addressing issues and implementing solutions.
• Differentiate between customer requirements and Dow’s capabilities to provide the most effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain and other partners to meet business goals.
• Support commercial strategies and maintain service levels based on business priorities.

What’s in it for You

• A gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,500 (depending on experience).
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (up to 75 km one way).
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) during office hours.

Functie-eisen

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex processes in a high-volume, international setting.
• Strong customer focus and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Fluency in English (mandatory). Knowledge of French, Italian, or German is a plus.
