This company is looking for an HR Generalist with strong payroll knowledge to join their growing team. The HR Generalist will not process payroll directly but will be responsible for preparing payroll data, handling employee mutations, and creating reports for the external payroll provider. This is the main focus of the position.

Description

In addition, the HR Generalist will support the business as an HR partner, advising on Dutch labor legislation and assisting employees with day-to-day HR matters. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, so they are looking for someone who is comfortable working under pressure and has experience in a scale-up setting.

the tasks are:

  • Preparing monthly payroll input and handling employee mutations;
  • Delivering accurate reports for the external payroll provider;
  • Advising on Dutch labor regulations, including holiday allowance, maternity leave, and the 30% ruling;
  • Supporting employees with HR-related questions;
  • Contributing to HR processes in a growing, scale-up environment.

Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience in the Dutch labor market;
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and experience liaising with external providers;
  • Knowledge of the 30% ruling, holiday allowance, and maternity leave;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Experience in a scale-up environment is an advantage;
  • Availability from October 2025;
  • Fluency in English.

Job Offer

  • Permanent position (first contract via Page Personnel);
  • Salary of €4.250 per month;
  • 32-40 hours per week (40 preferred);
  • Hybrid working possibilities;
  • Office in Amsterdam Zuid, next to the station.
