Are you technically minded, a real team player and ready for a new challenge? In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality fish products in a dynamic and pleasant working environment. As a Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our production lines.About the function
As a Operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Operating, adjusting and monitoring machines and production lines;
- Coordinating activities and supervising team members on the floor;
- Performing quality checks and identifying any deviations;
- Resolving minor malfunctions and performing basic maintenance on machines;
- Monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene rules;
- Proactively contributing ideas on how to optimize processes and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
