As a Logistics Operator, you are responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing goods. Your duties include loading products, unloading semi-finished goods, and operating logistics equipment such as palletizers, hand scanners, forklifts, and shuttle systems. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management and resolving first-line malfunctions in logistics equipment. You will also perform some administrative tasks, such as processing and assessing transportation documents. In this role, you will work closely with your colleagues and supervisors to coordinate the logistics process effectively. This includes directing drivers and ensuring a smooth handover to the next shift. You play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of logistics processes and contribute to the efficient operation of the entire team.

• You work with a fixed roster in 5 shifts.
• A salary between €19.90 and €20.79 gross per hour including 32.32% allowance depending on experience.
• Travel expense reimbursement.

• Possession of a (reach)forklift certificate;
• You have an MBO-3 level of education or equivalent;
• Knowledge of logistics processes and WMS systems;
• A passion for the food industry;
• You are stress-resistant and can adapt quickly;
• You are available full-time and willing to work in a 5-shift system. This means you work two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, and two night shifts, followed by four days off, averaging 33.6 hours per week;
• You have your own transportation;
• You speak Dutch or English.
