Join our team as a machine operator in Tilburg, where you'll thrive in a modern production environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring machines run smoothly and production lines operate efficiently. With a workweek of 32 to 40 hours, you can enjoy your job while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This role offers variety and the opportunity to learn new skills. Your responsibilities will include loading semi-finished products for assembly, adjusting machines to shape the products, packaging the final products, and inspecting quality and testing the end products. - Gross hourly wage of €15.01, excluding shift allowances of 116%;
- Option to work 32 to 40 hours per week;

Wij vragen:
- Minimum of MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level;
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system. Morning shift: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00. Evening shift: Monday to Thursday from 13:00 to 23:00;
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a line supervisor or operator;
- Experience with production lines and quality control;
- Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset;
- Communication and cooperation.
