Are you ready for your next step as an operator in the food industry? This full-time position in Deventer might be just what you’re looking for. We’re hiring a motivated Packaging Operator to join the packaging department of a growing and innovative production company. You’ll be working in a 2-shift system in a clean and organized environment where quality and teamwork come first.Working hours (2-shift schedule):
* 🕕 Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
* 🌇 Evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00
* ⏱️ Three paid 20-minute breaks per shift
Jouw nieuwe werkplek
As a Packaging Operator, you play a key role in keeping the packaging process running efficiently. You operate and adjust machines, solve minor technical issues, and ensure that safety, cleanliness, and quality are always maintained. You're hands-on, alert, and ready to act when needed.
Your tasks include:
* Monitoring and operating packaging machines
* Setting up and adjusting machines for product changes
* Troubleshooting minor technical faults
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

* A gross hourly wage starting from €17.95
* 17% shift allowance
* A full-time position in a 2-shift rotation
* Paid breaks: three 20-minute breaks per shift

Dit vragen wij van jou
You’re a (trainee) operator with a hands-on mentality and basic technical insight. Experience in production is a plus, but your mindset and willingness to learn matter most.
You’re a great fit if you:
* Have experience in a production environment (preferably as an operator)
* Can spot and solve technical issues independently
* Are reliable, accurate, and motivated to work in shifts
