About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you are the technical expert and first point of contact for customers in Poland and other regions. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to diagnose issues, offer tailored solutions, and ensure that the systems are operating efficiently.

This is not a call center job: you’ll be providing high-level technical support on complex systems, using your analytical skills and product knowledge to support customers across the entire lifecycle of their equipment.

Your key responsibilities

• Technical troubleshooting: Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, or system-related issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to customers.
• Customer communication: Handle technical inquiries via phone and email in both Polish and English; explain complex concepts in a customer-friendly way.
• Application support: Advise customers on the correct use of conveyor components and systems for specific applications or environments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, case details, and proposed solutions in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, project management, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and escalate technical challenges when needed.
• Product knowledge development: Stay up to date on new technologies, components, and processes to improve support quality and efficiency.
• Training and education: Occasionally assist in training new colleagues or customers on product functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.

• Fluent in Polish (native or near-native) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
• A completed technical education (HBO/WO), preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation, or similar
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support, engineering, or field service role is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
• Comfortable reading technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Able to manage multiple requests and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Team player who collaborates well in an international setting
