At Bakkerij Pater, you’ll not only start as an Operator, but you’ll also have the chance to follow internal training to grow into a specialist role within one of our departments.

• Setting up equipment and preparing packaging and auxiliary materials.
• Carrying out various quality checks on packaging and recording findings in logs and/or systems.
• Resolving routine malfunctions and quality deviations by adjusting equipment within established parameters.

• 25 vacation days per year plus 8.33% holiday allowance on top of your base salary.
• A full-time position of 38 hours per week.

Het is 1945 als Adriaan Bouman de grondslag legt voor Bakkerij Bouman in Deil. In die tijd waren er in het kleine dorpje in Gelderland maar liefst zeven zelfstandige warme bakkers. Behulpzaam als hij was, sprong Adriaan in als één van zijn collega’s uit de omgeving ziek was. De bewoners van Deil kregen dit al snel in de gaten en zo werd het langzaam maar zeker vanzelfsprekend om brood bij Bakkerij Bouman te halen.

Bijna 30 jaar later, in 1973, werd zoon Dirk directeur van Bakkerij Bouman. Hij zorgde voor flinke groei binnen het familiebedrijf. In 1981 werd er zelfs een nieuwe bakkerij geopend in Geldermalsen, een bakkerij die door de jaren heen nog tweemaal vergroot is. Bakkerij Bouman werd in 2000 overgenomen door Amarant Bakkers en is vandaag de dag is de grootste bakkerij binnen Amarant. Specialiteiten? Verschillende soorten groot- en kleinbrood.
