🚀 Account Executives (Hospitality SaaS) – Amsterdam & Zuid-Holland/Brabant/Zeeland
Location: 2x Amsterdam (senior preferred), 2x Zuid-Holland/Brabant/Zeeland

You’ll be joining a fast-growing international SaaS scale-up in the hospitality industry. The founding team has 15+ years of experience in horeca tech and a deep network in the sector. Growth is rapid: in 2024 alone, over 2,300 new customers joined, with 1,600 onboarding themselves.
The culture is informal and no-nonsense, with flexibility in roles and plenty of opportunities to grow both locally and internationally. The Dutch sales team is small but ambitious (4 FTE in NL; 13 total across Europe), giving you the chance to have a real impact.
🎯 The Roles
Senior Account Executive (2x Amsterdam)
Focus on the Randstad region, especially Amsterdam
Sell directly to restaurants, with an emphasis on larger chains and competitors such as Formitable, Zenchef, and Tebi
Manage a mix of 15–20 inbound leads per day plus outbound prospecting
Own the full sales cycle
Be creative and fast in closing — follow up with leads within 10 minutes
Run same-day demos and onboardings whenever possible
Build strong relationships in multi-location and complex deal environments
Junior Account Executive (2x Zuid-Holland/Brabant/Zeeland)
Focus on sales in less competitive regions (Zuid-Holland, Brabant, Zeeland)
Work with a steady flow of 15–20 inbound leads per day plus outbound prospecting
Book and close your own meetings
Support less complex deals while running your own full-cycle sales
Grow step by step into a Senior AE role

✅ What you bring
For Senior AE (Amsterdam):
2+ years of experience in a closing role (not necessarily SaaS)
Experience selling into hospitality, ideally with multi-location or complex deals
Living in or near Amsterdam
For Junior AE (Zuid-Holland/Brabant/Zeeland):
Some commercial experience (ideally 1 year)
Independent, proactive sales style
Living in or near Zuid-Holland, Brabant, or Zeeland
Nice to haves:
Experience at competitors (Zenchef, Formitable, Tebi)
B2B SaaS experience as SDR or AE
Previous horeca experience (sales or operations)
Track record in competitive markets
💶 Compensation & Benefits
Senior AE: up to €60K base + double OTE (50/50 split)
Junior AE: ~€40K base + double OTE (depending on experience)
Bonus per closed deal, with potential earnings up to 2x base salary
Flexible structure: you can choose a higher base or higher variable
