As Growth & Customer Experience Manager, you will design and manage a new Direct-to-Consumer customer journey, optimizing every touchpoint from online orientation to purchase. You will identify commercial opportunities, coordinate marketing campaigns, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive conversion, customer satisfaction, and brand experience.

Description

Customer Journey Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the D2C customer journey.
Optimize all touchpoints, from online orientation to product purchase and post-purchase experience.

Lead Management & Commercial Opportunities:
Identify and follow up on commercial opportunities from leads generated via trade shows, the online store, TV campaigns, and other marketing activities.
Analyze lead conversion data and implement improvements to maximize results.

Marketing & Campaign Coordination:
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns targeting the consumer market.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales and operational objectives.

Operational Follow-up & Performance:
Ensure seamless handover from marketing to operational fulfillment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and brand experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing/communications, IT, and retail teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to continuously improve processes.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with trends in e-commerce, consumer behavior, and wellness products.
Recommend and implement innovations to enhance the D2C customer experience and business growth.

Profile

Must-Haves

  • HBO work and thinking level.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong affinity with e-commerce and customer journey optimization.
  • Professional Dutch

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in building new sales channels or entering new markets.
  • Your Qualities
  • Strong commercial insight, preferably with experience in retail or B2C sales.
  • Affinity with e-commerce, customer journey, and conversion optimization.
  • Proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
