As a Machine Operator in our modern production facility, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality cookies and waffles that are enjoyed all over Europe.We’re looking for a motivated professional who enjoys working with machines, values quality, and wants to grow within an ambitious and dynamic environment.

Functieomschrijving:
Your Role as a Machine OperatorIn this position, you make sure our production lines run smoothly every day. You set up machines, monitor their performance, and ensure the best product quality.Your main tasks include:

Preparing and setting up production machines;
Operating, monitoring, and adjusting the process where needed;
Quickly solving minor technical issues and reporting defects;
Following hygiene, quality, and safety guidelines at all times;
Actively contributing to efficiency and improvement projects;
Keeping your workplace and equipment clean and well-maintained.

You’ll work in a 3-shift system, making sure production continues without interruption.

What We Expect from YouWe’re looking for a reliable and hands-on team player with a technical mindset. You recognize yourself in this profile:

MBO-level education or equivalent practical experience;
1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role;
Good command of Dutch or English;
Willingness to work in a rotating 3-shift schedule;
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude;
Eye for detail, safety, and quality.
