As an operator, you operate and set up machines, ensuring a smooth production process. You check raw materials, record data and work in a two-shift system (05:00–14:00 / 14:00–23:00).
During the first six weeks you will be guided by a mentor, after which you will work independently. For early and late hours you will receive additional allowances.
What you earn:
- Starting salary €16.38 per hour + €1 ADV bonus
- With allowances up to €22.79 per hour
- Average of €3,313.50 per month (full-time)
- Growth potential up to €3,707.51 per month
