Are you an experienced professional in metalwork with natural leadership skills? Do you know how to motivate a team while actively contributing to high-quality steel projects? Then this position as Steel Construction Teamleader at a growing company in Ossendrecht is made for you!

As a teamleader, you’ll manage a group of welders and metalworkers in the production hall on a daily basis. You’ll assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the quality of the work delivered. You’ll also work hands-on on various projects and act as the point of contact for your colleagues and the production planning team. You’ll foster a safe, efficient, and pleasant working environment. Together with your team, you’ll deliver custom steelwork of the highest standard. After just two months, you’ll be offered a direct contract with the company!

• A responsible and independent full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Day shift work schedule
• Monthly gross salary between €3,400 and €4,100, depending on experience and leadership skills
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
• Start via Adecco with the prospect of a permanent contract after two months

You’ll be working at a professional yet informal company in Ossendrecht that produces high-end steel constructions for clients both nationally and internationally. The company is easily accessible from West Brabant and Zeeland by car or public transport. A bus stop is located nearby.

• Proven experience in steel construction and/or metalworking
• Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
• MBO-level education or equivalent
• Living in the region or willing to commute to Ossendrecht
