Employment agency Manpower is for Boston Scientific looking for a  Business Process Analyst in Kerkrade.

As a Business Process Analyst Kerkradeyou will perform the following working activities

• Providing project, business, and development support for SAP Supply Chain and related applications
• Supporting technology projects to facilitate efficient business operations and optimize existing processes
• Providing high-quality support and coordination for SAP, both for global and local applications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Logging and managing tickets for SAP support and other applications to resolve issues in daily operations
• Collaborating with Corporate IT to resolve issues
• Managing and handling SAP user requests
• Identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with colleagues to deliver solutions
• Acting as an expert in SAP and applications such as GLS, MES, WM6, and PackSize
• Investigating, analyzing, and resolving problems, as well as advising on alternative solutions
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Conducting tests and communicating the results with Corporate I
• Capturing, defining, and translating business requirements into concrete solutions

What’s in it for you

• Gross salary between €14.45 and €18.00 per hour 
• Reimbursement of travel costs of €0.21 per kilometer 
• Full-time job of 40 hours a week 
•  Allowance gross €350,-
• Performance based annual salary increase, a bonus for achieving team KPI's
• (3% of gross annual salary) and a 13th month salary

• A temporary contract via Manpower with the possibility of being taken over by Boston Scientific.

Functie-eisen

• A bachelor's degree or a vocational (MBO) diploma with at least 5 years of experience in SAP business processes, particularly in a distribution and logistics environment
• Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management is required; experience with EWM is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and the willingness to learn new software programs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• A proactive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in an international environment.
• Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Boston Scientific’s business and quality systems.
• Understanding of the business processes in Kerkrade.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA/EWM and GTS.

Living near kerkrade is a bonus but not mandatory!
