Over deze vacature
  • Process Harmonization: Maintains a helicopter view of transport, warehousing, and delivery. Harmonizes processes across locations and departments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acts as point of contact for 3PL/LSP on projects, holds regular meetings to discuss KPIs and improvement actions, and manages day-to-day business/service level targets.
  • Operational Management: Oversees Logistic coordinators relation with 3PL to check the performance for outbound deliveries and coordinates daily activities between logistics service providers and transport companies.
  • Stock & Invoice Management: Handles stock control and reconciliation between SAP & WMS (Warehouse Management System), validates 3PL invoices, and performs necessary SAP transactions.
  • Internal & External Relations: Connects with internal departments (Customer Solution, Demand/Supply Planning, Quality and Food Safety department, Sales,…) and external suppliers.
  • Project Leadership & continuous improvement: Responsible for driving logistics projects related to 3rd Party Logistics Providers (3PLs/LSPs), focusing on warehousing, carriers, and operational execution of warehouse and transport activities to improve logistical performance in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (customer service, sales, clients/customers). Uses KPIs (reducing customer complaints, returns, and improving system/interface quality) as performance measures.
  • Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, logistics and supply chain experience, strong communication, stakeholder management, project management skills (continuous improvement, process harmonization, stakeholder management, invoice management). Experience with ERP systems (SAP), advanced MS Office skills, and proficiency in English (Dutch and/or French is a plus).
