Create new products and ensure we continue to woo our customers in their quest for soulful living! Category management at it's best. Are you ready to join and give your all?
At Rituals, we believe in creating meaningful moments and sustainable innovations that inspire everyday well-being. As Senior Sustainable Product Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product development; combining luxury with responsibility, and performance with sustainability.
You will support our R&D Product Innovation team in creating surprising, compliant and sustainable products that align with our Net Zero ambitions. Working closely with colleagues across Innovation, Sourcing, Quality and Regulatory, you’ll act as the bridge between creativity, science, and sustainability. From ingredient data and compliance, to CO₂ calculations and ESG reporting, your expertise will ensure we deliver products that delight our customers while respecting the planet.
You will:
- Be an active member of our ESG taskforce, helping to drive progress in CSRD reporting and metrics.
- Support NetZero processes by working with low-impact ingredients, CO₂ calculations and innovative material alternatives.
- Safeguard compliance by reviewing product data (PDP), performing quality checks, and managing supplier feedback.
- Report on microplastic legislation and ensure our products stay ahead of evolving global standards.
- Act as a business ambassador within our Innovation NPD projects, bringing market insights, trend research, and new ideas that support our sustainable innovation goals.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in Innovation, Sourcing, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure a smooth information flow and aligned ways of working.
