As Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for the ins and outs of the Front Office, making sure every guest is checked in and out smoothly. You provide them with all the information they need and surprise them every time with your smile. In addition, you motivate and coach the team with great enthusiasm and make sure everyone is ready to deliver the top service our guests have come to expect. Furthermore, the Front Office Manager can always count on you and you will support in making schedules, handling communication (to guests and colleagues) and you will think along with the daily operations of the Front Office. Every shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and with your creative ideas you surprise our guests and exceed their expectations!

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?

• You have at least 1 year working experience in the Front Office in a similar position;
• You are proactive and know how to motivate a team;
• You speak and write fluent in English and Dutch is a preference;
• You are flexibly available; together we will discuss your working hours.

The new Eden Hotel Amsterdam has undergone a complete metamorphosis after its renovation. We have a real Tokyo-style hotel bar, a beautiful Food Theatre where you can eat and drink all day long and a self-service concept has been rolled out in the new lobby. The addition of 5 new rooms brings the total to no less than 391 and makes us one of the largest hotels in the center of Amsterdam. A large number of rooms were also refurbished with a Burlesque theme. The history of Eden Hotels and the history of the hotel and its surroundings are brought to the fore in every aspect of the new design.
