Over het werk

In this role as a trainee installer, you’ll have the opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working full-time. Your day begins in the break room with a cup of coffee and a review of the day’s schedule. Then you and your colleague will head out in the company van to the job site. Once on location, you'll get to work replacing window frames and making sure everything looks neat and professional.

Your tasks will include: removing old window frames, installing new uPVC (plastic) frames. You are the right-hand of the lead installer and assist them wherever needed. Sometimes you’ll learn from your colleague, and sometimes the other way around we believe in teamwork and helping each other grow. Working neatly and delivering high-quality results, including finishing work, is very important to us.
