As a Quality Officer at Eurocept Pharmaceuticals, you will support and enhance quality systems within a fast-paced pharmaceutical setting. Working closely with the Quality & Compliance Manager, you will handle a broad range of quality assurance tasks, including batch review, deviation handling, change control, and internal/external audits. You will also manage product returns and customer complaints, evaluate suppliers and clients, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities include drafting and reviewing release documentation, coordinating quality investigations (CAPA, OOS, OOT), and participating in audits as Subject Matter Expert. You will also play a role in training others in quality processes and ensure Eurocept remains audit-ready and fully compliant with EU-GMP/GDP standards.

• at least a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field)
  
• minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical QA environment
  
• thorough knowledge of EU-GMP/GDP and key QA processes (batch review, QMS, CAPA, audits)
  
• strong organizational skills and a continuous improvement mindset
  
• ability to prioritize, work result-driven, and communicate clearly across teams
  
• proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
