Our client is looking for a proactive Senior Accounts Credit Controller to manage collections, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely payments. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented finance environment.
Description
- Proactively manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
- Resolve payment disputes and billing discrepancies with customers.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address delays.
- Monitor AR aging reports, highlight risks, and escalate problem accounts.
- Record and maintain accurate collection activities and bank receipts
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable/collections.
- Strong communication skills in English (other European languages a plus).
- Proficient in Excel, with experience in NetSuite an advantage.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Able to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative in a team environment.
