Are you a marketer and do you enjoy working with various teams to achieve great results together?
On behalf of our client in the Consumer Goods industry, we are seeking an influentialStrategic Marketing Manager – Northern Europeto drive marketing strategy and execution. This role plays a key part in shaping market growth plans, ensuring effective product launches, and delivering commercial results in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role offers significant scope to influence category performance and long-term market development.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 4P marketing strategies tailored to local market needs
- Drive product launches and promo campaigns across channels
- Identify market opportunities and translate insights into actionable growth strategies
- Collaborate with various local and global teams
- Monitor market performance, analyze results, and recommend marketing initiatives
- 8+ years’ experience in commercial or downstream marketing, ideally within consumer goods/FMCG
- Strong experience and understanding in Northern Europe, preferably in the UK market
- Strong track record in market strategy, go-to-market execution, and product launches
- Analytical and strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Experienced in working in an international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- International working environment
