Start working as a production employee at our client in Ridderkerk. This is a temporary assignment. You have various growth opportunities and receive a salary of €14.40 gross per hour with a 34% allowance from 18:00 onwards! You will be working at a fast-growing organization in the food industry and will work in a 2-shift system.

• Hourly wage of €14.40 gross per hour excluding shift allowance of 34% from 18:00 onwards;
• After 18:00 you receive €19.30 gross per hour;
• Possibility to grow into, for example, machine operator and/or to be permanently scheduled at the client;
• Working in a pleasant and informal working environment.

As a Production Employee you are responsible for packing, slicing and checking gas-packed baguettes. You do this together with a number of operators and production employees. Every day hundreds of breads pass on the conveyor belt and together with your colleagues you ensure that all products are processed and checked. It is also your task to refill the machines on time so that the process continues smoothly. Your working hours are from 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00.

Our client is a bakery where (gas-packed) bake-off bread of A-quality is made. They produce flexibly and in small batches, with passion for the bakery trade and strong control over the entire production chain.
The working environment feels like a small, experienced team that constantly works on innovation and quality, and you can see that in everything they make.

• Immediately available full-time in 2 or 3 shifts;
• You live in the area of Ridderkerk, or have your own transport;
• You speak Dutch or English.
