Are you an enthusiastic forklift driver who wants to work full-time? Join our logistics team and help us ensure that all the processes in the warehouse run like clockwork.

Your role as forklift driver:
As a forklift driver, you are an indispensable link in our warehouse. As soon as production is finished, you take over. You ensure that pallets of drinks are quickly and accurately placed in the right place. You will also contribute to export work, so that our products go around the world safely and on time.

What will you do?

• Moving pallets: Using an on-board computer, you'll see exactly where each pallet needs to be.
• Preparing exports: You prepare products for international shipment.
• Cooperation & safety: You work closely with colleagues and keep the workplace safe.
• Variety: You get to know different areas of the warehouse, with the order pool as your permanent base.

Working hours and flexibility
At Bavaria, you work in day shifts and a 3-shift system. We ask for flexibility to switch between the two.

Day shifts:

• 08:00 - 16:30 hr
• 9:30 - 18:00 hr

3-shift system:

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00 hr
• Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00 hr
• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 hr (always in blocks of 4 nights for a good rhythm)

With this variation, your work week remains varied and manageable.

Gevraagd

• You have a valid forklift certificate.
• You speak and write Dutch and/or English.
• You are available for all five shift types. (Exceptions for night shifts are negotiable)

Aanbod

• A good salary of €18.05 gross per hour (including ADV allowance and end of year bonus).
• 150% shift bonus for hours between 18:00 and 06:00.
• Excellent pension plan through STIPP.
• 8.33% vacation pay and 10.92% vacation accrual.
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way (€0.21 per km).
• A working week of 32-40 hours at a well-known and reliable company.
