As a Product Developer in infant nutrition, you will participate in product development projects, from recipe design to implementation in production.

You will be part of the Product Formulations Team at a global leader in the infant nutrition industry. You will play an important role in projects and activities focused on the development or improvement of baby products with a global customer scope. Infant nutrition is one of the most complex and demanding product categories. As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for the development and updating of products in accordance with legislation, product briefings, internal (nutritional) guidelines, and R&D objectives. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure quality and compliance.

You will be part of the Product Formulations Team: a close-knit and international group where collaboration is key, but you’ll also be expected to work independently.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition Science/Food Technology or another scientific field (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Biology);
• You bring at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in product development (preferably dairy and/or infant nutrition);
• A precise, result-oriented personality;
• Affinity with data management systems and software tools; preferably proficient in Excel;
• A good command of English, preferably also Dutch;
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, not afraid to do things differently;
• Ability to work independently, quick to learn, shows initiative and amibition, thinks ahead, and can make decisions;
• A positive mindset with genuine interest in others.
