Operator – Keep Our Innovative Systems Running!

As an Operator, you're key to keeping our modern installations running smoothly. You manage materials, monitor key processes, and help maintain top safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

Support safety, environmental, and quality improvements
Ensure smooth material flow
Monitor and optimize fermentation, water, and gas processes
Perform quality checks on inputs and end products
Handle loading/unloading operations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (including on-call duty)
Carry out preventive maintenance and report faults
Adjust installations as needed for optimal performance
Enforce safety rules and permit compliance
Guide external contractors and specialists

Your Schedule:
You’ll work in two shifts:

Early: 05:00 – 15:00
Late: 15:00 – 01:00
Plus 2 Saturday mornings per month (06:00 – 12:00)

What You Bring:

MBO-level education or equivalent thinking and working ability
A solid interest in technology and hands-on experience with machines
Good command of the English language
Full-time availability for a 2-shift rotation
Willingness to work two Saturdays per month
VCA and forklift certificates are a bonus, but not mandatory
