What will you do?
As an operator, you are responsible for the smooth running of the production process. You ensure the machines are properly set up and quickly resolve any malfunctions. You work closely with your team and guide production colleagues when needed.
Your tasks:

Setting up and starting production lines
Monitoring the production process and product quality
Solving minor malfunctions or calling in technical support
Managing the supply of raw materials
Performing quality checks and HACCP registrations
Supervising production staff at your line

Gevraagd

As an operator?

You have experience as an operator or in production
Good communication in Dutch or English
You live in or near Eindhoven, Helmond, Weert, Veldhoven, Deurne, or Venray

Aanbod

In addition to a full-time 40-hour work week, permanent work, and the prospect of a contract, you can expect the following:

Starting salary of €14.06 per hour (depending on age and experience)
30% shift allowance

Waar je gaat werken

You’ll be working at an international company in the food industry with several locations across the Netherlands. Every day, they produce fresh products based on over 100 recipes across 20 production lines.

This is a full-time position from monday to friday. During the onboarding period, you'll work in the day shift. After that, you’ll join a 2-shift rotation: 06:00–15:00 o'clock and 15:00–00:00 o'clock.
