To further expand our international presence, we are seeking a proven and ambitious
Sales Manager Yachting

Your Challenge
As Sales Manager, you will be the face of Flynt within the luxury yachting world. You will build, nurture, and activate a high-end network of prospective and existing clients, turning relationships into partnerships. With your passion for yachting, you will showcase the Flynt lifestyle at exclusive events and locations, inspiring clients to see Flynt not just as a yacht — but as an identity they want to embrace.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive commercial growth of Flynt in Europe and beyond.
· Build and maintain a strong network of potential and existing clients.
· Represent Flynt at leading yacht and luxury lifestyle fairs across Europe.
· Host exclusive events in renowned yachting hubs such as Palma de Mallorca.
· Organize and lead Flynt’s presence at international boat shows (Düsseldorf, the Netherlands, Spain, France, etc.).
· Elevate Flynt’s brand presence in the global luxury yachting market.
What You Bring
· Genuine passion for yachting, with strong intrinsic motivation to excel in this field.
· A proven commercial track record in the nautical or luxury industry.
· Strong communication skills and natural networking ability.
· Enthusiasm for international travel and building lasting client relationships.
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of thinking).
· Boating license I (license II is highly preferred).
· A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset: success requires effort, perseverance, and drive.
