Are you an operator with experience in a production or industrial environment and ready for a new challenge in Venlo? As a heat treatment operator, you will be responsible for controlling the heat treatment process and contribute to the success of the overall production process.

As an operator, you will be responsible for tuning, operating and monitoring various heat treatment systems. You ensure that materials are brought to the correct temperature and gradually cooled so that they obtain the desired properties. In doing so, you ensure an efficient, safe process that meets all requirements and specifications.

Carefully packing and unpacking oven loads, where precision and attention to detail are crucial to ensure process quality.
Setting and optimizing processes to achieve the best results and ensure smooth production.
Oversee the process and adjust settings as needed to ensure continuity and product quality.
Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to equipment to maintain production capacity and minimize downtime. Actively contribute to compliance with safety and environmental regulations, for a safe workplace and responsible impact on the environment.

Gevraagd

An MBO degree, preferably in a technical field.
Skill in the Dutch, English or German language.
Experience as an operator, preferably within the heat treatment sector.
Technical insight and a practical, hands-on work mentality, with an interest in working with machines and installations.
An eye for detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Willingness and flexibility to work a shift schedule.

Aanbod

A gross hourly wage of up to €16,68;
Working in two shifts, with additional shift bonus;
A 38-hour work week;
