Are you an enthusiastic IT professional with a hands-on mentality? Do you enjoy solving technical issues and supporting colleagues in their daily work? Then this role might be perfect for you. We are looking for a Local IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing IT support at our office in Amstelveen.
What are you going to do?- Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees.
- Install, maintain, and manage IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
- Troubleshoot network and software issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, Windows, Office 365).
- Maintain local IT infrastructure and documentation.
- Support IT projects, office moves, and system updates.
- Salary: €16.70 per hour
- 25 vacation days (based on a 40-hour work week for a full year)
- 8.33% holiday allowance

Our Dutch office, located in Amstelveen, plays a key role within our international organization. As a Local IT Support Specialist, you will be directly involved in supporting our colleagues and maintaining a stable and secure IT environment to ensure our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
What do we ask?- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in an international environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, networking, and Active Directory.
- Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
- Customer-oriented, independent, detail-focused, and communicative.
